Emergency Assistance
With the addition of a new Community Development Block Grant from the City of Tyler, we now provide emergency assistance for utility bills, prescriptioins, rent and other emergencies. This program can be used for emergencies three times a year but no more than two months in a row.
There is a cap on the amount we can pay for these emergencies and at times there is a waiting list for assistance. Funds for this program are available to those with HIV/AIDS and who live in the City Limits of Tyler ONLY. Contact us for more information.

Long Term Rental Assistance
The City of Tyler has provided a grant to assist those with HIV/AIDS in securing long term housing. This program gives up to 12 months of rental assistance while other sources of assistance are accessed.
